Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy the DC Blueprint licence (Premium) online, as a monthly or an annual subscription.
Version of .
1. Who sells
The licence is granted by DC Blueprint, Geneva, Switzerland. Payment, tax and invoicing are handled by Stripe through Stripe Managed Payments, which acts as merchant of record: the checkout page and your receipt show that Stripe sells to you. DC Blueprint remains your contact for support, cancellation and refund requests.
2. Who may buy
The licence is intended for business and professional use. Where the law gives you consumer rights, these terms do not take them away.
3. What you get
A licence to use the four steps of DC Blueprint (Plan, Build, Operate and Sell) with every figure the free account withholds, for your own organisation. Each user is named; each user brings 5 sites, which the users of one account share. A site is one project that the four steps share. Packs of 5 more sites can be added. The licence also includes 300 runs a month of the AI connector's business-case figures. You may not resell or republish the product or its figures.
You enter your own data. Projects you save while signed in are kept on our server for your account only and are erased when you delete the account. When a subscription or a trial ends, the account becomes a free account: it keeps the project you edited last, without the Premium figures, prices and results. Your other projects stay readable for 90 days and are then erased.
4. Trial and price
A new account gets one 7-day trial with every step open. It needs no card and starts when you confirm your email address. When it ends nothing is charged: the account becomes a free account until you subscribe.
The licence costs EUR 49 a month or EUR 490 a year per user; a pack of 5 more sites costs EUR 15 a month or EUR 150 a year. Stripe adds the tax that applies where you are. Up to 3 users and their sites are sold online; for more, write to us. A time-limited offer applies only to the periods it names.
5. What the product is not
DC Blueprint screens a data-centre project at an order-of-magnitude level. It is not an investment recommendation, not a design, not a quote and not legal or tax advice. Check the figures that matter against your own sources before you rely on them.
6. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Until you cancel, the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price in force at purchase. You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage billing) or through the link in your receipt. Access continues to the end of the period already paid and the subscription does not renew.
A 7-day money-back guarantee. If you ask us within 7 days of your first payment, we refund it in full and cancel the subscription, so Premium access ends when the refund is issued. You do not have to give a reason. The guarantee applies once per account holder (the person or entity invoiced), to the first payment of a first subscription; it does not apply to renewals or to a subscription bought again after an earlier one ended. The 7 days run from the date the first payment is received. After them, a period that has started is not refunded, except as set out below.
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day they buy. Before payment we ask you to request that access start at once and to acknowledge that you then lose this right. We confirm your request and acknowledgement by email after payment. Once you have given that request and access has started, the withdrawal right ends. If access has not started, you can still withdraw within the 14 days and get a full refund.
In every case we refund in full when you were charged twice or in error, or when the product was not delivered or does not work and we cannot fix it within 14 days of your report. Where Stripe grants a refund under its own buyer policy, its decision applies even where these terms are stricter. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. To ask for one, write to [email protected]. The refund policy sets the same rules out on one page.
7. Updates and support
Corrections to formulas or to the reference data are published as new versions of the tool. Support is by email to [email protected]. Stripe's terms govern payment and invoicing where they differ from these.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the licence period.
9. Privacy
DC Blueprint and Stripe process your email, organisation and payment data to deliver and invoice your order, as the privacy notice describes.
10. Changes
The price and scope in force at purchase apply for your licence period. We may change these terms for later purchases, and the version date above shows which text applies.
