How the figure is built

Sold kW = built kW × stabilised occupancy, retail raised by its oversell (as the Plan). Revenue = each segment’s sold kW × its price × 12.

Cabinets = retail kW ÷ kW per cabinet, each with its cross-connects every month. The blended price spreads that over all sold kW.

All-in uplift = average draw × PUE × 8,760 h × the electricity price per MWh ÷ 12, on sold kW including oversold retail.

At the Plan’s inputs the result equals the Plan’s capacity and interconnection revenue.

Benchmarks: dated prices only, released at 3 from 2 independent sources, none above 70%.

Benchmark

A price benchmark is released for a market once it holds 3 dated prices from 2 independent sources, none above 70% of them. Frankfurt holds prices but not yet enough to release.

Prices held so far: retail colocation in Helsinki, wholesale suites in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Paris and Vienna, large deals in Frankfurt, Lisbon, London, Madrid and Vienna and cross-connects in Italy. Pick another market under The site.

Released benchmarks and ranges are part of Premium.
