Refund policy

How cancellation and refunds work for the DC Blueprint licence.

Version of 23 October 2026.

The trial

The 7-day trial needs no card, so it never turns into a charge. When it ends the account becomes a free account until you subscribe.

A 7-day money-back guarantee

If you ask us within 7 days of your first payment, we refund it in full and cancel the subscription, so Premium access ends when the refund is issued. You do not have to give a reason. The guarantee applies once per account holder (the person or entity invoiced), to the first payment of a first subscription; it does not apply to renewals or to a subscription bought again after an earlier one ended. The 7 days run from the date the first payment is received.

Cancelling

Until you cancel, the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price in force at purchase. You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage billing) or through the link in your receipt. Access continues to the end of the period already paid and the subscription does not renew. After the 7 days, a period that has started is not refunded, except as set out under When we always refund.

Consumers in the EU

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of the day you buy. Before payment we ask you to request that access start at once and to acknowledge that you then lose this right. We confirm your request and acknowledgement by email after payment. Once you have given that request and access has started, the withdrawal right ends. If access has not started, you can still withdraw within the 14 days and get a full refund.

When we always refund

  • You were charged twice, or charged in error.
  • The product was not delivered, or it does not work and we cannot fix it within 14 days of your report.

Where Stripe, the merchant of record, grants a refund under its own buyer policy, its decision applies even where this policy is stricter. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Write through the link in your receipt or to [email protected]. Where the law gives you further rights as a consumer, this policy does not take them away.
