Coverage and quality

What is included

17 countries and 15 hubs. A restriction shows only when a rule in force pauses, rations or conditions new connections, or the grid is declared full.

What is not covered

Other countries, single-site offers and enquiry volumes. 8 of the 17 countries publish no data-centre pipeline figure.

Units

MW or GW. 23 of 128 power figures were published in MVA or GVA and are read as MW, original unit shown.

Method

A country shows a restriction only when a rule in force pauses, rations or conditions new connections, or the grid is declared full; the worst rule at either voltage level sets its status. Pipeline figures count data-centre load alone, at the stage stated, and are never added across countries.
