How does the trial work?
Create an account and confirm your email. The 7-day trial starts then and opens every step with prices, totals and results for 5 sites, plus 300 AI connector runs a month. No card is asked for, so nothing is charged. When it ends the account turns free unless you subscribe.
What is locked on a free account?
A free account keeps one project with every input and schedule. Our prices and benchmark ranges, the EUR totals, the returns and the optimised results stay locked, and the AI connector is not included.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, once. The first payment of a first subscription is refundable in full for 7 days. Renewals are not refunded. The refund policy has the details.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in Manage billing on your account page. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the account turns free and keeps the project you edited last.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
How do users and sites work?
Each user brings 5 sites, and the sites pool across the account. Packs add 5 sites each. You can buy up to 3 users and 25 sites on your own; for more, talk to us.
What is the AI connector?
An MCP server that lets an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT read our market, grid and rules data. The licence and the trial include 300 runs a month; a free account has none.
Where do the figures come from?
Every figure on the site shows its date and its basis, and official bodies are named as sources. Grid, tariff and pipeline data come from public sources. Our own prices and benchmark ranges come with the licence.
